Shipping Policy

We offer free Fed Ex or UPS Ground shipping nationwide except Hi and Ak. We are not responsible for UPS or Fed Ex delivery delays or weather related problems. We do not accept expedited orders. Please expect 4-10 days for shipping to your home AFTER any sizing has been completed. All shipments are insured and require adult signature at time of delivery. Special orders may take longer for delivery, please discuss with your sales rep for details. Due to prevention of fraud and requirements of our financing partners we cannot ship to alternate delivery locations or PO Boxes.

We cannot be held responsible for "surprise" gifts. Please make arrangements to be available to sign for your "surprise" gift at your home.

You will receive a tracking number with estimated date of delivery in advance. We are not liable for any missed delivery due dates for weddings, engagements, birthdays, or other special occasions. Please plan in advance extra time for delivery and any associated delivery or product issues before your special occasion.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns for items issued a return authorization only issued by management. Return Authorizations will only be issued for items that have shipping damage or product failure that are covered the manufactures warranty and authorized by the manufacture as an “accepted warranty claim” and within 30 days of receipt unless the manufacture warranty is issued for a longer term. All other returns will not be accepted and you will be responsible for satisfying the terms of the financing agreement that were agreed to and signed by you prior to delivery of the product. Our financing partners have no jurisdiction or decision authority for warranty or returns. Please do not contact them concerning your product issue. Please contact us at 866-300-2070.
